Who processes your data

The data controller is Biljana Skrobonja of Belgrade, Serbia. For any question about your data, write to kontakt@biljanaskrobonja.rs.

What we collect

  • When you contact us (contact form, email, phone, Viber or WhatsApp): your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message, including the painting you are asking about.
  • When you buy a painting: the details needed to arrange payment and delivery, such as a delivery address.
  • When you visit the site: the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and to keep the site working.

Why, and on what basis

We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, arrange the purchase and delivery of a painting, and meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract, under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing or send you advertising.

Who else has access

We rely on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and email forwarding;
  • Web3Forms: delivering contact form messages to our email;
  • Google (Gmail): our mailbox.

These providers may process data outside Serbia, with the safeguards required by law. If you contact us through Viber or WhatsApp, their privacy policies also apply.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to communicate with you and complete a purchase, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

Cookies and statistics

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Visitor statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or object to it. Send your request to kontakt@biljanaskrobonja.rs and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
