How to buy a painting

Agree the details
We confirm the painting is available and agree on payment and delivery. We can hold it for you for a short time.

Pay and collect
Pay by bank transfer, in cash or cash on delivery, and collect the painting or have it delivered.

- Delivery to your address in Belgrade, charged separately.
- Courier delivery anywhere in Serbia, charged at the courier's rates. Paintings are packed with corner protectors, bubble wrap and cardboard.
- We do not ship abroad at the moment.
See the painting on your wall
For finished paintings in central Belgrade: we bring the painting to your home so you can see how it looks in the space, and you decide then. The delivery fee is agreed in advance.
Commissions
For a commissioned painting, a 50% deposit is paid before work starts and the balance when it is finished.
Certificate of authenticity
Every painting comes with a signed certificate showing a photo of the work, its title, medium, size and year.
Frequently asked questions
Is the painting framed?
Most paintings are sold unframed, and framed ones are marked as such. Canvases with painted edges look finished without a frame.
Are the prices final?
Yes. The listed price is the price of the painting; delivery is charged separately. Prices are in Serbian dinars and the euro amount is approximate.
Can I reserve a painting?
Yes. We can hold a painting for a short time while we arrange payment and delivery.
How do I hang it?
Canvases are stretched on a wooden frame, so they hang directly from it: smaller ones on one nail or screw, larger ones on two. Works on paper are best framed.
How do I care for it?
Dust it with a dry, soft brush or cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, damp and radiators.
Can I return a painting?
No, all sales are final and paintings cannot be returned. That is why we are happy to send extra photos and answer all your questions before you buy, and in central Belgrade you can see the painting on your own wall before deciding.
Do you ship abroad?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in Serbia.
Do I get a receipt?
Biljana sells her own work as the artist, so she does not issue fiscal receipts. You receive a signed certificate of authenticity and a proof of purchase. For purchases by a company, get in touch and we will arrange a contract.
How long does a commission take?
Usually 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity.
